Existing Enterprise Training

Empretec Ghana provides competency training for entrepreneurs who have been in business for 3 years or more.

1

Global UNCTAD Entrepreneurship Training Workshop (ETW)

Empretec Ghana is mandated by UNCTAD to offer the ETW, in Ghana and has also led the installation of a comprehensive programme of Enterprise development in other countries in the last thirty years. This comprises the Flagship ETW and a bouquet of transferableBusiness Development Services. This started with Botswana, Ethiopia, Guyana, South Africa, Nigeria, the Gambia and currently, the Republic of Namibia. The two-pronged approach of EMPRETEC Ghana’s capacity development for entrepreneurs first focuses on the Vision Bearer of the business entity, with the flagship ETW which helps to assess their entrepreneurial competencies and rebuild better attitudes. It is only after this first process that Empretec then turns its focus on the business entity, starting with a disgnostic process, which then lays bear the weaknesses that may exist in the business and then offer a suitable bouquet of services to correct them.
